"Your account has not been set up for Practis yet" — what it means
This message means you signed in successfully with your email, but no Practis account or pending invitation exists for that email — Practis is invitation-only, so an administrator at your company needs to invite you (or you signed in with a different email than the one that was invited).
Applies to: Learner · Group Lead · Company Admin
The exact message
"Your account has not been set up for Practis yet. Please ask your administrator to send you an invitation."
Why this happens
- Nobody at your company has invited this email address to Practis yet.
- You were invited on a different email (for example your personal Gmail instead of your work address, or the other way around) and signed in with the wrong one.
- You signed in with Google, and your Google account's email doesn't match the invited email.
How to fix it
- Search your inboxes for a Practis invitation — the reminder email's subject is "Reminder: Your invitation to join Practis" (you). If you find one, use that link, or note which address it was sent to and sign in with exactly that email.
- If you have no invitation, ask your manager or Company Admin to invite you (them). They do this in Practis under Users → "Invite" — the invitation arrives by email within a few minutes.
- If you were invited but on the wrong address, ask your Company Admin to revoke the old invitation and send a new one to the right email (them).
If that didn't work
If your administrator says you were invited and you still see this message, have them verify the exact email on your invitation under Users → "Pending", then contact Practis Support with that email address (see How to contact Practis Support).
