Why am I sent to a different login page than my coworker? (SSO)
A different login page usually means your company uses single sign-on (SSO). That's normal: sign in with your usual work credentials. Practis manages SSO setup.
Applies to: Learner · Group Lead · Company Admin
Being sent to your company's own login page instead of the standard Practis sign-in usually means your company uses single sign-on (SSO) — routing is decided per company, so everyone at a company with SSO enabled is sent to the same company login page.
The exact messageThere's usually no error — the sign-in page simply looks different. If something is misconfigured you may see:
- "Company does not have SSO configured"
- "No account found for that email"
- Your company has SSO enabled in Practis, so after you enter your email, Practis routes you to your company's identity provider instead of the password screen.
- If your company requires SSO, the password option is removed entirely — company login is the only way in.
- A coworker who sees a different page is most likely at a different company, or entered a different email.
- This is normal — sign in on the company page with your usual work credentials (you).
- If the company page rejects you with "No account found for that email", confirm you're using the exact work email your Practis account was invited on (you); if it's right, ask your Company Admin to check your account (them).
- SSO itself is set up and managed by Practis, not by your Company Admin — configuration changes go through Practis Support (them → Practis).
Contact Practis Support with your work email, your company name, and the exact message you see (see How to contact Practis Support).
