Update your name, photo, and phone number

To update your name, profile photo, or phone number, open the "Profile" tab — your account settings (the menu) live there.

Before you start

You can change these yourself; no administrator is needed.
Your email address can't be changed here — email changes go through your Company Admin and Practis.

Steps

Change your name

Open the "Profile" tab, then tap "Change name".
Update "Enter first name" and "Enter last name", then save.

Change your profile photo

On your profile, tap your photo. A sheet opens: "Change Profile Photo" — "Choose an option".
Choose "Take Photo" or "Choose from Gallery". Allow camera or photo access if asked.

Change your phone number

From the menu, tap "Change number".
Enter the new number in international format, as the helper text explains.
Confirm the code Practis sends you by SMS.

What you'll see

For the name: "Your name has been updated." For the photo: "Profile photo updated successfully!" The phone number shows on your profile once verified.

If something goes wrong

"Could not update profile photo. Please try again." → retry on a stable connection (you).
The camera or gallery won't open → Practis needs permission; the app tells you ("Camera permission is needed to take photos." / "Photo library permission is needed.") — grant it in your device settings (you).
No SMS code arrives → re-check the number and its country code, then resend (you).
