Running your company on Practis? Start here (Admins)
Company Admins run their company's Practis account: invite users, organize groups, build content, assign it with due dates, and track results. Practis manages SSO and seats.
Applies to: Company Admin
As a Company Admin, you run your company's Practis account end to end: you invite and manage users, organize groups, build training content, assign it with due dates, and track results — everything scoped to your own company.
How it worksThe admin workflow follows a natural order. First, people: invite users one at a time or in bulk (see Import users from a spreadsheet), and organize them into groups (see Create and organize groups (and subgroups)) with Group Leads to coach them. Then, content: build Learning Paths from Scenarios, Challenges, and Scrimmages under "Content" — only content you publish (make Active) ever reaches learners. Then, assignments: assign Learning Paths to people or whole groups, with optional due dates that drive automatic reminders. Finally, tracking: the Training Log, Scrimmage Logs, and emailed XLSX reports.
A few things are managed by Practis rather than by you: single sign-on, your seat limit, turning Scrimmage on for the company, and the AI Models learners practice against. "Company Settings" shows these read-only — changes go through Practis Support.
What you'll seeThere's no separate admin dashboard — you land on the same Home as learners, with admin tools around it. On desktop, a sidebar groups everything into "Training", "Manage" ("Users", "Groups", "Content"), and "Insights" ("Training Log", "Reports", "Scrimmage Log"), plus "Company Settings". On mobile the same tools live in the "Menu" tab.
