Practis is where you practice customer conversations: your company assigns you training, you work through it activity by activity, and the app records and scores your practice so you and your manager can see you improve.
How it worksYour company invites you by email, and after a short welcome (which notes, honestly: "The app will be recording you. Take it seriously and put your best foot forward.") you land on Home — your starting point every day. Home shows your assigned Learning Paths (see What is a Learning Path?) and an "Up next" card with "Start Activity" or "Resume Activity", so you rarely need to hunt for what to do.
Training comes in four activity types. A Playbook is a short primer to read. A Scenario is a scripted role-play you rehearse line by line (see What is a Scenario?). A Challenge is a quick recorded drill (see What is a Challenge?). A Scrimmage is a live, open-ended AI role-play (see What is a Scrimmage?). After scored activities you get an Activity Review with your score and feedback.
Some assignments have due dates — Practis reminds you by notification and email as they approach.
What you'll seeIn the current design, your tabs are "Home", "Recordings", "Library", and "Profile"; notifications live behind the bell on the Home header. Some accounts still see the earlier design, with tabs "Alerts", "Home", "Scrimmage", and "Profile" and no Library. Both work — see Where are my notifications? (bell vs. Alerts tab) for the differences.
The "Recordings" tab keeps your past practice sessions, and "Profile" opens a menu for your name, photo, password, and notification settings.
