Manage your notification emails
Open the Profile tab and tap Notifications to toggle New Feed Content and Overdue Enrollments. These are the only two settings; required notifications can't be turned off.
Applies to: Group Lead · Company Admin Takes: ~1 minute
To manage which optional notifications Practis sends you, open the "Profile" tab and tap "Notifications" — two toggles control the manager-facing notification types.
Before you start- These two toggles are the only notification preferences in Practis today. Required notifications — like training assignments, due-date reminders, and review results — can't be switched off.
- Open the "Profile" tab.
- Tap "Notifications".
- Set the two toggles as you like:
- "New Feed Content" — "When new submissions appear in your feed"
- "Overdue Enrollments" — "When learners have overdue training assignments"
The toggles save as you switch them. With "Overdue Enrollments" on, you'll get the weekly overdue digest for your learners (email subject: "Some of your learners missed their due dates this week"); with it off, you won't.
If something goes wrong- You keep getting other emails you don't want → those types have no toggle today; Practis has no per-type mute or quiet hours beyond these two settings. Filter them in your email client, or tell Practis — see How to contact Practis Support.
- Push notifications don't arrive on your phone → they were likely denied at the OS level; Practis shows "Push notifications were denied. To enable them, go to Settings > Practis > Notifications." (you).
Next steps
- Where are my notifications? (bell vs. Alerts tab)
- What learners see when you nudge them
