Leading a team on Practis? Start here (Group Leads)
Group Leads coach the groups they lead: see progress and scores, review submissions, and send Nudges. Adding users and assigning training stay with Company Admins.
Applies to: Group Lead
As a Group Lead, Practis gives you a coaching view over the groups you lead: you can see everyone's progress and scores, review their submissions, and nudge people who fall behind — while the setup work (adding users, building content, assigning training) stays with your Company Admin.
How it worksGroup Lead is deliberately a view-and-coach role. You can see users, groups, content, and training assignments for the groups you lead, but you can't change them — if you try, Practis answers with "Your role has view-only access to managed users, groups, content, and enrollments." What you can do: review Challenge and Accuracy Test submissions, request redos, and send Nudges to learners. See What Group Leads can and can't do for the full contract.
Your scope is the groups where you're assigned as a lead. If someone on your team isn't visible, they're probably not in one of your led groups — that's a Company Admin fix.
You also keep the full Learner experience: your own Home, training, and Recordings work exactly as they do for your team.
What you'll seeOn desktop you get a sidebar; on mobile, a "Menu" tab opens a sheet titled "Group Lead". Both organize your tools into "Training", "Manage" ("Users", "Groups", "Content" — all read-only), and "Insights" ("Training Log", "Reports", "Scrimmage Log"). Reports arrive as an XLSX by email — there's no scheduling; each report is requested when you need it.
