Join Practis with your invitation code

To join Practis, open the invitation email your company sent you and follow its link — or, in the mobile app, enter your invitation code on the "Create Account" screen.

Before you start

You need a Practis invitation from your company. Practis is invitation-only — there is no self-service sign-up.
On the web, the invitation link is required: opening the sign-up page without one just returns you to sign-in.

Steps

Open your invitation email and tap the link. On the web it takes you straight into account setup.
In the mobile app, you'll see "Create Account" — "Enter your invitation code to get started". Type or paste your code into "Invitation Code".
When the code is accepted, a badge shows "Joining {your company's name}" with the note "Continue to finish your account setup." Continue.
Finish setting up your account on the secure sign-in page (choose a password, or continue with Google).
First time in, Practis shows a short set of welcome slides — swipe through them. One heads-up they include: "The app will be recording you. Take it seriously and put your best foot forward."

What you'll see

Your Practis Home screen with your assigned training. If nothing is assigned yet, see "No training assigned yet" — what to do.

If something goes wrong

"Invalid invitation code. Please check and try again." → re-open the email and use the link directly, or re-check the code for missing characters (you).
"Invitation has already been used" → your account already exists; log in normally — see How do I log in to Practis? (you).
"Invitation has been revoked" → ask your Company Admin for a new invitation (them).
