How do I log in to Practis?

Before you start

• You need a Practis account. Practis is invitation-only: your company sends you an email invitation before you can log in. If you haven't received one, ask your administrator.
• Use the same work email your invitation was sent to.

Steps

On the web

1. Go to app.practis.ai.
2. You'll briefly see "Redirecting to secure sign-in...", then the sign-in page opens.
3. Enter your work email and password, or continue with Google. If your company uses single sign-on, you'll be sent to your company's own login page instead.

On iPhone

1. Open the Practis app. The secure sign-in window opens automatically — you'll see "Signing you in…".
2. Enter your work email and password, or continue with Google.

On Android

1. Open the Practis app. You'll see "Welcome back!" — "Sign in to continue your training".
2. Enter your email in "Email Address" and tap "Continue".
3. Finish signing in on the secure page. As the screen notes: "Password, Google, and single sign-on are all available on the next step."

What you'll see

A brief "Signing you in…" screen, then your Practis Home screen with your training.

If something goes wrong

• "Your account has not been set up for Practis yet" → see "Your account has not been set up for Practis yet" — what it means.
